National Certified Counsellor
and a Member of the British and
Irish Associations for
Counselling and Psychotherapy,
providing online therapy. She is
fully accredited in America, the
UK, and Ireland by the NBCC and
the IACP and BACP. She maintains
current liability insurance. She
has over two decades of
experience working with
children, teens and adults. She
is ready to help you on your
journey. Furthermore, Em keeps
current with over 30 hours of
additional training each year.
Em is a sought after speaker on
Mindfulness Based Stress
Reduction in school and
corporate settings. As a result,
she can present to your group on
a variety of hot topics.
Recently, Em certified in The
Energy Therapy Technique and is
a Registered Sound Therapist
often incorporates these healing
modalities in her
psychotherapeutic work. She
offers individual and group
sessions as well as occasional
workshops.
