I am a fully qualified clinical
supervisor with a Diploma in
Psychodynamic Supervision from
the Society of Analytical
Psychology (SAP) in London. I
have experience of working with
supervisees from a variety of
theoretical approaches and from
different professional settings
including private practice,
organisations and training
institutions.
I offer supervision to
individuals and groups; this can
be clinical supervision for
experienced and trainee
counsellors and
psychotherapists; or
consultative supervision for
managers and care professionals.
I believe that my role as
supervisor is to balance the
educative, supportive and
leadership functions of
supervision; and promoting a
collaborative approach where
developing a solid working
alliance is the foundation to
achieve a productive supervisory
relationship. My aim is to offer
a supportive space where
personal and professional
development can take place; and
that promotes reflection,
learning and ethical practice. |
