Narrative Therapy, as well as

mindfulness into therapy
sessions. I also help to run and
organise SMART Recovery sessions
for those struggling with
substance abuse issues.

I have a
passion for humanitarian work,
most recently focusing on
refugees and asylum seekers in
Hong Kong. I was the
psycho-social program
coordinator at the Christian
Action Center for Refugees,
providing psychological support
to clients suffering from
trauma, anxiety and depression.
