make lasting changes in their
lives, understand themselves
more clearly, and live more
fulfilled and effective lives,
connected to a sense of purpose
and direction.
As a Transpersonal Integrative
Psychotherapist, I incorporate
the Humanistic, Psychodynamic,
Transpersonal and Existential
therapeutic approaches. This
means that I work with a range
of techniques including CBT,
Gestalt, visualisations, the
felt sense and dream / art work.
I may draw on or combine any one
of these methods in a way that
is best tailored to meet the
individual needs of my client.

working in NHS as well as
various mental health
organisations and also in
private practice. I offer

supportive service to individuals
