Women victims of gender violence receive multilingual (51 languages) and
free information services (24h service). In case an intervention is
needed urgently, 016 redirects the call to the 112 Helpline. The Spanish
national women’s helpline is 100 % state funded. It provides free
professional care for women victims of gender violence, information
about what to do in case they are suffering from gender violence;
information on resources and rights of victims in employment, social
services, financial assistance fields, shelter for victims of such
violence, and legal advice. |
