I am

working with clients presenting
with mental health issues and
dual diagnoses.
From working in Central London
in my previous career as a
police officer and also my
studies, I have a broad and in
depth knowledge of women and
difference and diversity. I also
have extensive experience of
working with clients from the
LGBTQ+ community.
I strongly believe that the
therapeutic relationship is key
to promoting change and I value
each client as an individual, in
keeping with my humanistic
principles. A short article
about the humanistic approach
can be read at :

I like to work in a holistic way
and incorporate mindfulness into
therapy as well as creative
work, such as phototherapy. I am
currently based in Marbella,
Southern Spain where I offer
therapy in a calm and tranquil
setting. I am also able to offer
Skype sessions. I am registered
