stress, and low self-esteem.

the opportunity for you to
manage the psychological and
emotional problems of everyday
life. To help you understand and
change irrational thoughts ,
beliefs and actions.
You will always
be treated with respect and
integrity within a confidential
therapeutic relationship. I am a
member of the British
Association of Counselling and
Psychotherapy and am governed by
their ethical framework.
My
qualifications include:
Level 4 Diploma
in Humanistic Counselling, CBT
and Transactional Analysis
