I have been working voluntarily as a therapist since 2000 both with individuals
and in groups. My main involvement has been with self-help groups. I have worked
with alcohol and drug prevention programmes, particularly on brief intervention
promotion and training.
I was also President of EMNA – the European alcohol self-help network – for four
years and founder of ReLeaf, an independent group of young Europeans interested
in well-being and good healthy living among young people. They bring a
humanistic balance to the EU Alcohol Forum. My wider training in Therapy had
ranges from Rogers in the 70’s through TA to La Methode ESPERE. One of my
particular interests is in working with dreams. I am 60 years old and live on a
remote farm with some goats. I also can offer training in the ESPERE method. |
